What you will need:
-A USB Memory device (flash drive)
-Horizon
-Hex Workshop

Ok so I haven't made a tutorial in years so sorry if it's a little sloppy. As far as I know I was the first to do this (if not whatever).
----------------------------------------------------------
Step 1 - Load up THAW and load or create a skater and go to Scale Options>Head Top. Scale all 3 bars as high as they can go. Save this skater to your USB Device.
Step 2 - Plug your USB into your computer, and use Horizon to extract the contents of the save to a folder you can easily locate. NOTE: If your skater was named "Skater" then the file should be "Skater-progress" and no larger or smaller than 96KB
Step 3 - Open this progress file in Hex Workshop, and search for "8AC4" as hex. There should be one instance that looks like this: 8AC490A5??90A6??90A7??921A. (I can't remember what will be in the spaces for ??). The first thing you want to do is replace 'C4' with 'D0' and that changes Head Top scale to Board Scale.
Step 4 - This is where you mod the size of your board. For now just make all 3 of them FF which is as large as they can go. You can also make the third one (A7) 00 for a flat board. You can experiment with different values on your own.
NOTE:
A5 = Board width
A6 = Board Length
A7 = Board Height
Step 5 - Once you've inserted your desired datas for the scales, you now need to fix the checksum. Follow TNT's tutorial on checksums, YOU MUST FIX THE CHECKSUM! Save and close hex workshop.
Step 6 - Go back to Horizon where your save was open, click on the Contents tab and replace the contents with the file you just edited and saved. Then click Save, Rehash, and Resign.
Step 7 - Now put the USB in your xbox and load up the save. If done correctly your board should be modded.

Any questions can be posted in the shoutbox and I or TNT will try to answer them. You can refer to TNT's scaling tutorial for tips.
